Religious Affairs Presidency Launches 'Field Enrichment' Initiative: 20 Outreach Tracks in 10 Languages for Hajj
MAKKAH — The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched the "Field Enrichment Track" initiative as part of its field operational plan for the 1446H Hajj season, aimed at deepening the spiritual experience of pilgrims through educational, awareness and guidance programs delivered in more than 10 world languages — a step that reflects the universality and moderation of the Hajj message.
Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, said the initiative reaffirms the role of the Two Holy Mosques in conveying Islam's message of moderation and mercy to the world, and in providing an accessible field environment that helps pilgrims perform their rites with ease and reassurance, using digital transformation and artificial intelligence tools to overcome barriers of time and place in delivering guidance and services.
The initiative includes more than 20 field enrichment tracks, covering:
- Religious awareness in multiple languages
- Technical guidance tracks
- Digital worship and faith-based programs
- Immediate field guidance
- Multimedia digital content addressing pilgrims in their own languages
These tracks aim to provide pilgrims with educational and awareness content that meets their needs throughout the Hajj journey, reinforce values of moderation, mercy and Islamic unity, and elevate the quality of the worship experience, in line with the leadership's aspiration to make the Hajj season a model spiritual experience.
The initiative reflects the Presidency's commitment to redoubling its efforts and delivering standardized religious services at a world-class operational level, underscoring the Kingdom's established role in serving the Two Holy Mosques and its leadership in developing digital religious services for Muslims worldwide.
