MAKKAH — The Presidency of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque today inaugurated the first religious outreach and enrichment center of its kind in the Saudi Arcade inside the Grand Mosque, a strategic step aimed at strengthening religious awareness and knowledge enrichment for pilgrims and visitors to the Grand Mosque, delivered in multiple world languages, as part of the 1446H Hajj season plan.

Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs, said the center embodies the message of the Two Holy Mosques in facilitation and calling to the faith with wisdom and good counsel, noting that the Saudi Arcade was chosen for its historical and architectural significance and its standing as a symbol of Islamic construction reflecting the tolerance and moderation of Islam.

He said the Presidency's operational plan for this season includes launching more than 100 outreach and enrichment centers distributed across the Grand Mosque, offering services in several world languages, including translated copies of the Quran, awareness booklets, supplications, exegeses and religious and doctrinal content tailored to pilgrims' varying needs, helping reinforce correct belief and strengthen intellectual security.

The center is part of the qualitative expansion the Presidency is carrying out in providing integrated, interactive guidance services that help pilgrims perform their rites with insight and knowledge, within a balanced spiritual environment supported by modern technology and digital transformation.

Al-Sudais concluded by thanking the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince for their continued support of the Two Holy Mosques, affirming that such initiatives translate Saudi Vision 2030's aim of making the Hajj and Umrah experience a global model of facilitation, awareness and elevated religious services.
