MADINAH — The Religious Affairs Agency at the Prophet's Mosque announced today the launch of its operational plan for the 1446H Hajj season, during an official ceremony held at the agency's headquarters within the Prophet's Mosque, attended by Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque.

This year's plan seeks to deliver a unique, world-class digital faith experience by launching:

  • 100 outreach and awareness initiatives
  • 5 smart digital tracks to enhance the pilgrim's digital experience
  • 20 specialized tracks across 7 religious sciences, delivered in multiple languages to carry the moderate, humanitarian message of Hajj to the world

The operational plan is built on three main pillars: maximizing the significance of time by highlighting the virtue of Hajj and its global message; leveraging the significance of place by broadcasting the gifts of the Two Holy Mosques to the world; and enhancing the pilgrim's faith experience through quality and innovation within a well-governed institutional framework.

The ceremony marked the launch of the largest smart digital enrichment package in the agency's history, tailored to the Hajj season and aimed at facilitating rites and delivering moderate religious content with high technical quality.

Al-Sudais said the plan gives top priority to digital transformation and artificial intelligence, stressing the importance of communicating with pilgrims in multiple languages to widen the global reach of the Prophet's Mosque's message, supporting Saudi Vision 2030's goals for digital and service excellence at the Two Holy Mosques.
