Arafat, June 5, 2025 (9 Dhu al-Hijjah 1446H) — At the height of the great spiritual scene witnessed at Mount Arafah, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Da'wah and Guidance stepped up its outreach and awareness efforts as part of an integrated plan targeting pilgrims in multiple languages, using the latest technical tools and qualified field staff, to ensure the spread of correct religious awareness and enhance the religious and spiritual Hajj experience.

The ministry sent more than 15 million SMS text messages on the Day of Arafah alone, as part of a plan targeting 100 million messages during the Hajj season, containing simplified guidance on the Hajj rites and religious and ethical directions in multiple languages, helping pilgrims better understand the rulings and elevate the rites.
