Hail, June 7, 2025 (11 Dhu al-Hijjah 1446H) — Hail is experiencing a joyful festive atmosphere with the arrival of the blessed Eid Al-Adha 1446H, as its public parks and natural recreation areas welcomed large numbers of residents and visitors from inside and outside the region, who flocked to enjoy the spirit of Eid amid nature, where mountains, plains and valleys blend with green spaces and modern facilities provided by the region's municipality.

Open recreational sites became key destinations for families and children, with visitors expressing their admiration for the standard of facilities, particularly the variety of play equipment, walking tracks, sports courts and seating areas, allowing everyone to spend time filled with joy and calm in a safe, well-rounded environment.

Green spaces stretched across a wide expanse of the region's parks, which were decorated with Eid installations and festive touches that added a special celebratory character to the scene, while service facilities, lighting and play areas were maintained to keep pace with rising demand during the Eid holiday, turning Hail's natural landscape into a stage for joy and social connection.

Hail Municipality affirmed it is continuing its efforts to "humanise the city" and improve quality of life by upgrading the infrastructure of parks and recreation areas, expanding green space and achieving environmental sustainability, as part of an integrated vision aligned with Saudi Vision 2030's goals of turning cities into environments friendly to both people and nature, and raising rates of sport and activity in open spaces.
