The Agency for Call and Guidance Affairs at the Presidency for Religious Affairs of the Prophet's Mosque has launched the "Thakkir" (Remind) initiative as part of its operational plan for the period following the 1446H Hajj season. The initiative aims to strengthen field guidance for visitors to the Prophet's Mosque in their own languages, following a moderate approach that reflects Islamic values and the Prophet's teachings.

It focuses on spreading the Prophet's values of good conduct and character, honoring the rites of God, and enjoining good and forbidding wrong through gentleness and kind counsel — in keeping with efforts to improve the experience of Allah's guests and provide a spiritual environment built on awareness and respect.

"Thakkir" delivers moderate religious guidance in the various living languages spoken by visitors to the Prophet's Mosque, ensuring the message reaches all nationalities clearly and comprehensively. It also familiarizes visitors with the mosque's etiquette, the special nature of visiting it, and its standing in Islam, while distributing religious and educational gifts that carry Sharia-based content in simple, accessible language.

The Agency for Call and Guidance Affairs said the initiative extends the Kingdom's efforts to improve the quality of services provided at the Two Holy Mosques and enrich the religious and intellectual experience of visitors to the Prophet's Mosque, through guidance programs grounded in wisdom and cultural dialogue with visitors from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
