The main campus of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University is in the city of Dammam, comprising the university's colleges, conference halls, theatres and exhibition spaces that host the Eastern Province's academic and community events, alongside branches in Jubail, Qatif, Khafji, Nairiyah and Qaryat Al-Ulya.
