Al Baha, 18 Shawwal 1447 AH (6 April 2026)

On the directive of HRH Prince Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Al Baha, the second edition of the Digital Development Caravan has reached Al Hajrah Governorate on its second stop after setting out from Al Makhwah Governorate, in the presence of Al Hajrah Governor Bandar Al Udailah and Khalid bin Saleh Al Zahrani, Director General of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development branch in Al Baha and General Supervisor of the caravan.

Varied Digital and Social Services

The caravan aims to advance digital transformation and make government services easier to reach for citizens and residents, especially those most in need such as social security families, the elderly and people with disabilities, by delivering services directly at beneficiaries' locations across the region's governorates.

The caravan stays in Al Hajrah for three days, from 6 to 8 April 2026, at Al Andalus Park, daily from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with the participation of government, private and non-profit bodies.

An Integrated Package of Services

The caravan offers a wide range of services for every segment of the community, including:

  • Employment and empowerment services.
  • Social and social security services.
  • Health and awareness services.
  • Civil status, passports and traffic services.
  • Digital awareness, training and career support programs.

The caravan also provides home services for groups unable to attend, a step that strengthens inclusivity and ensures services reach beneficiaries where they are.

The Digital Development Caravan is a model of integration among participating bodies, improving quality of life and access to government services, supporting digital transformation and advancing Saudi Vision 2030.
