Under the theme "Shifting Toward Future Technologies," the third edition of the Future of the Nonprofit Sector Forum launches on 20 October 2024 at the Fairmont Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter, running from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The forum is a pivotal event highlighting the role of Saudi Arabia's nonprofit sector as a leader in innovation and development, by adopting the latest emerging technologies to achieve sustainable development goals and enhance community well-being.

The forum aims to explore applications of future technology and their impact on improving efficiency and effectiveness within nonprofit institutions, and how the sector can adapt to the economic and social changes brought about by digital transformation. Participants will also address the intersections between nonprofit work and the digital economy, and their role in achieving a balance between economic growth and community prosperity.

The forum's agenda includes a number of dialogue sessions featuring a select group of decision-makers and practitioners in the nonprofit sector, alongside partners from the government and private sectors. The forum will also include an accompanying exhibition highlighting digital-transformation success stories within the nonprofit sector, as well as offering supporting services to help organizations adopt modern technology.
