Tabuk, May 26, 2025 (28 Dhu al-Qa'dah 1446 AH) — In a national portrait of dedication and giving, more than 200 male and female volunteers from Tabuk region continue traveling over 200 kilometers a day from Tabuk city to the Halat Ammar crossing, where Hajj City is located, to carry out their duties serving the guests of God arriving to perform the Hajj rites for 1446 AH.

This initiative is one of the most notable examples of volunteer work reflecting Saudi society's awareness of its role in supporting national efforts during the Hajj season, embodying the deep humanitarian values that volunteers translate through their daily commitment, despite the strain of distance and the long road.

The volunteers' tasks vary, including receiving and directing pilgrims, providing field services, distributing meals and water, and supporting medical and ambulance teams, within an integrated system coordinated by the government bodies responsible for Hajj. These efforts follow precise organization and a clear division of roles to ensure the comfort of pilgrims arriving from around the world and to project a dignified image of the Kingdom and its people.

The volunteers' daily presence reflects their deep commitment to the mission of humanitarian work and a sincere expression of national loyalty and social responsibility, working hand in hand with official bodies in an environment that emulates the highest standards of service and hospitality.

This growing volunteer movement in Tabuk region reflects an advanced level of community awareness and the extent of Saudi youth's contribution to supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which has given volunteering a central place in strengthening citizens' role in development and serving pilgrims and Umrah performers.
