Kidana Development Company is a closed joint-stock company owned by the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, established under Royal Order No. 36674 of 13 Jumada II 1441 AH and launched in January 2021 with a capital of SAR 1 billion, headquartered in Mina. It acts as master developer of the Holy Sites and manages more than 170,000 assets there.
