The Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites organised the "Makkah Celebrates" programme for Eid al-Fitr 1446 AH from 30 March 2025 over the Eid days, across several venues including Hira Cultural District, the Eid Hills, Address Walkway at Jabal Omar, the Clock Tower Museum and Makkah Mall.
The programme offered artistic and folk shows, children's activities, hospitality corners and cultural experiences, with events open to families after Isha prayer, lighting up the city on the first days of Eid.
