Riyadh will host the 12th session of the Riyadh Economic Forum from 12 to 14 October 2026, bringing together specialists, officials, representatives of the public and private sectors, academics and business leaders to discuss a range of issues and studies on the future of the economy and development in the Kingdom.
The forum is held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, continuing its role as an economic dialogue platform that combines expertise from many disciplines to study the issues affecting the national economy and produce recommendations that support decision-makers.
Studies on national economic issues
The forum tackles economic and development questions through a methodology of study, analysis and debate among specialists, producing practical insight into the challenges and opportunities facing different sectors. Sessions let participants exchange views and expertise on a range of economic files, drawing on representatives of government, the private sector, academia and the business community, so that issues are examined from multiple angles and academic perspectives are linked to practical experience and market needs.
Recommendations that support decision-makers
The forum goes beyond presenting studies and discussions to formulate recommendations and proposals arising from the examination of each issue with specialists. These outputs aim to inform decision-making, strengthen economic development pathways and identify opportunities that improve the business environment and the efficiency of economic sectors.

The 12th session takes place amid the accelerating economic and development transformation the Kingdom is experiencing, continuing to provide a platform for debate and for studies and recommendations that support economic development and the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
