Buraidah, 11 December 2024. The Qassim Chamber of Commerce has launched the first edition of the "Huwaa" (Hobbyists) forum, which aims to develop hobbies and turn them into economic and entrepreneurial income streams that support the local economy. The forum is held at the western square of King Abdullah Sports City in Buraidah and runs for three days with the participation of more than 200 exhibitors.

Qassim Chamber Secretary-General Mohammed Al-Hanaya explained that the event was held with the support and blessing of His Royal Highness the Governor of Qassim region, who consistently stresses the importance of nurturing events that serve the region and boost its economic and tourism activity. He added that the chamber aims through this forum to provide a platform supporting hobbyists of all kinds, helping sustain these activities and turn them into viable investment opportunities.
