The new edition of Jazan Festival opened under the theme "Jazan: Treasures of Nature" with a celebratory parade on the Jazan city waterfront on Thursday 25 December 2025, and the opening ceremony was held at the "Jazan City" theatre on the southern corniche, the Kingdom's largest seaside theatre with capacity for more than 10,000 spectators.
Zones and events
- The waterfront, the Cultural Street and the Ship Theatre: "This Is Jazan" with corners for 16 governorates, "Governorate Nights" and the "Hirfa" crafts corner.
- Jeddanah Beach in Baish, Marjan Island and the "Fayyah" event.
- The Jazan Honey Exhibition in Al-Aydabi and companion seasons in the mountain and coastal governorates.
A Saudi Press Agency report dated 5 January 2026 gave 15 February 2026 as the announced end date. A closing report published on 17 February 2026 confirmed that the festival had concluded, with attendance above five million, more than 20,000 shows and events, 600 participating bodies and initiatives and 50 nationalities. The date 17 February is the publication date of the closing report; the report does not specify the actual closing day.
